ABOUT ME

There are many things that brought me to this work, but mostly it has been my own journey with trauma and emotional/physical pain that has led me to want to help others with theirs. I have spent many years studying trauma, emotions, and the psyche so that I can best understand how to approach healing in a way that actually helps.

 

I graduated from Sacred Roots Massage School in June 2023 and have since been working primarily with veterans. My favorite part of my job is getting to hold space for not only my clients bodies, but for the story that their body holds as well. Life can be tough but the human spirit is powerful and I am deeply humbled by it.

 My work stems from a place of true dedication to joy and vitality. I know with every cell of my being that together we can reach the peace and aliveness that our souls deeply crave.
